Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you are local or passing by and you don't want to risk the stock selling to another customer you can use our collection option you then have the choice to pay by card or Paypal, we will have the goods ready for your arrival and will email you once they are ready to collect.
If paying by card please bring the card when you collect as proof of purchase.
The stock levels are shown just under the RRP Price & Now Price or Our Price (Dependent on the page you are on). The 'Add' to cart quantity can be altered to suit your order up or down then click 'Add'. The web site will not allow you to order more than what is held in stock. Orders can be placed as long as the 'add' to cart button is active. If the product shows out of stock with no add to cart button the item(s) can't be ordered until new stock arrives. If you wish to order more than we hold in stock or the stock level is O please contact us so we can make a special order for you. You are able to use our stock enquiry form and we can get back to you with the next availability details for the item. 
We accept credit, debit card & Paypal payments. If you are shopping from Outside the UK, place your order and your credit or debit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. 
We accept all credit and debit cards except American Express. We do not charge for any item unless you agree for us to do so. Backordered items are charged with the customers permision. You may send your credit card information via phone, or via this web site. 
Orders by Credit or Debit card must be over the value of £5.00 We also accept Paypal. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. If you wish to pay in store or by cheque please call in or call 01642 909794 and we can take your order and reserve the items for 7 days.

Shipping And Handling

UK DELIVERIES We currently ship via Royal Mail 1st Class andvarious courier services. We quote standard shipping rates for UK delivery onour website based on the value of the shopping added to you cart. Ordersreceived on Saturdays / Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday and if received on Bank Holidays will be sent the following Tuesday. 


Courier Service We do require a Home or Mobile telephone number and a delivery date or special instructions of where to leave courier parcels if no one is home. (Parcels can't be left without a signature.)

(Southern Ireland is covered as Airmail and is £4.99) Standard Royal Mail delivery is covered for a Retail value of £20.00 for the complete parcel to cover loss or damage. Claims for lost Royal Mail posted items can be claimed for after 15 working days after the due date of delivery (for 1st class this is the next working delivery day) up to the Retail value of £20.00 under the new Royal Mail terms so we suggest for piece of mind using the courier Service. Claims for damaged parcels must be made to us as soon as possible. Claims for lost or damaged parcels sent by Special Delivery can not be made until 10 working days have elapsed from the due date of delivery. (for Special Delivery this is after the guaranteed delivery date) Claims will be submitted by us to Royal Mail in writing and take approximately 14 days to be determined by Royal Mail, you will be contacted after this time to offer replacement goods or a full refund. Claims to Couriers or Shipping Companies will be submitted in writing by us within 7 days of loss or damage and may take up to 6 weeks to be determined by the Courier or Shipping Company, you will be contacted after this time to offer replacement goods or a full refund.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 1-2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 3 days. Mail is collected from our store Monday to Friday at 4pm we will try to ship all orders received the before 1.30pm as much as is humanly possible.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock for any reason, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or called with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for the item to be delivered by our suppliers.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20.00% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. (Our website is unable to deduct VAT so please contact us by email to place your order and we can then take card details or paypal payment.)

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Paypal payments are placed within the secure Paypal web site.

Returns Policy 

In accordance with your statutory rights as a consumer, claims for refunds, replacements or repairs will be offered as applicable if goods are found to: Not be of satisfactory quality Not be fit for the purpose for which they were sold Not correspond with their description Not correspond with a sample on display, and or Be sold without good title. The cost of returning goods under their rights indicated above will be paid by us and refunded. Goods returned to us as none faulty within 7 days from receipt will warrant a full refund and any goods which are found to have no fault after the 7 days will incur a handling charge of 10% of the items value and excludes the refund of return postage charges.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, when you buy mail order goods over the internet (or mail order goods by telephone) you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the receipt. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the contract under these provisions, within the cancellation period and preferably in writing (we will issue you with a returns number to include with your return). You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession, and they must be returned promptly and in their original condition with adequate packing to ensure their safe arrival.
