STORE CLOSED UNTIL THE NEXT GOVERNMENT REVIEW, MAIL ORDER ONLY
Phone lines will be on Tuesday - Friday 10-12am and 2-4pm. (If we can staff them as we have low staff and high order volumes. Phones will be turned on and off as needed for us to ship all your orders.)
Store closure is following the new Lockdown Government guidelines.
MAIL ORDERS
We are processing all the mail orders as fast as we can. Please expect a delay from postal services as they have many more items to move around the country.
EMAILS
We are continuing to reply to all emails (200+ per day). I will reply as fast as possible but this could be up to one week for none urgent emails.
Website Stock Enquiries: They will no longer be replied to and will be deleted as at this time as we have supplier issues I just don't have the answers for you anyway, so please don't send them in as you won't get a reply. Please view the website from time to time to see if the stock level has changed.
PARCEL ENQUIRIES
Please DO NOT email us to tell us your parcel hasn't arrived within days or the first week (unless it was sent by courier) as Royal Mail are stating 10 working days / 2 weeks for 1st class post to arrive.
REPAIRS & DCC FITTING
We will next be taking in repairs and DCC fittings form the 1st February 2021 due to the increase of mail orders and the lockdown followed by the Christmas rush.
STOCK SUPPLY
Getting hold of stock is still an issue with our suppliers who could be working like us with reduced staff. Items we order can therefore take about 3 weeks to arrive and may not arrive at all if they have no stock.
RETURNS
Returns by postal services only at this time. Returns will be slower than normal as were are implementing a none handling goods procedure after they are delivered for four days.

We have a new phone system allowing multiple calls at one time to different departments as follows:

1: Sales, for general sales enquiries and spare parts.

2: Customer Care, for any questions re existing sales or information on items purchased.

3: Repairs Desk, for current or new repairs required (not for spares enquires).

4: Accounts Dept, for trade / customer accounts.

 

If you are unable to get through we will be busy serving other customers or have staff on lunch breaks of dealing with the mail at busy times. We have answerphone at each option should you wish to leave a message.
