Coronavirus Announcement (04/01/2022)
Covid-19 is forever changing and so are the rules.
Click & Collect Will operate Monday to Saturday 10am - 5pm (Please await your email to say the collection is ready not the ‘order confirmed’ email. This just means we have your order in the queue to process.) Please wait outside and we will come to you as soon as we can. Or pop into the store to collect.
Our normal hours: Monday - Saturday 10am - 5pm
Our phone system is on with limited hours Monday - Saturday 2pm - 5pm due to a lack of free staff from serving and other duties.
The large screen at our counter for extra safety is still in place.
Masks are not needed to be worn it is up to yourself if you wish to wear one.
This will continue until there are further government changes of advice or more staff availability.
We are continuing to reply to all emails (200+ per day). I will reply as fast as possible but this could be up to one week for none urgent emails.
Please DO NOT email us to tell us your parcel hasn't arrived within days or the first week (unless it was sent by courier) as Royal Mail are stating 10 working days / 2 weeks for 1st class post to arrive.
Repairs & DCC Fitting
Repairs and DCC fitting work has restarted but due to staffing issues they may not be a fast turnaround.
Getting hold of stock is still an issue with some of our suppliers who could be working like us with reduced staff. Items we order can therefore take about 3 weeks to arrive and may not arrive at all if they have no stock. Please check th website before making a journey to buy items to save disappointment if they are not available.
Returns by postal services or in store.

New Phone System
We have a new phone system allowing multiple calls at one time to different departments. These are as follows:
- Sales - for general sales enquiries and spare parts.
- Customer care - for any questions re existing sales or information on items purchased.
- Repairs desk - for current or new repairs required (not for spares enquires).
- Accounts - for trade / customer accounts.
If you are unable to get through we are likely busy serving other customers or have staff on lunch breaks of dealing with the mail at busy times. We have an answerphone at each option should you wish to leave a message.
